How to optimize my website

My website address
www.pmolds.com, and the niche is plastic mold, injecion mold, and plastic injection mold, I submit article directory and book marker, forum post, forum sig. blog comments, blog post for backlink, but my website still can't find it at the 1000 position for these niche in google. Can somebody to analyze my website and give me some suggest how to make it to top 100 position, for inpage or outpage, backlink building and so on.

Yeah it will be SEO processes to get rank in Google. Do a keyword analysis and find out whats best keyword for your site.. And keep on building quality link wit your targeted keyword.

Your niche is highly competitive. You should a lot 10-20 hrs of offpage and onpage optimization to this daily. SEO is not a one shot deal and that's it you'll see results. Do a combination of all the off page optimization they have mentioned and heck where your competitor's are linking and link to them as well.
