I site is like a week old. Im just wondering when google usually starts to rank them, I submitted my site to directory's and got some backlinks and is currently receiving about 200-600 uniques a day.

Google ranks can't be obtain overnight, you have to be patient. But if you really want it quick, you can hired a professional SEO. If you don't have a budget for that, just continue creating quality backlinks to other related site that allows free linkbuilding. Also, choose the correct competitive keywords to use. You can also write articles about your site or product, and submit it to blog directories like ezine articles. Promoting your website to social media sites like facebook and twitter, is also a big help.

It ranked in 3 month in past. But now, not sure.

It takes a while, usually 3-6 months depending on your linkbuilding efforts. Just keep on doing what you're doing now.

Well, of couse it all depends on your work on the site promotion, and it may take some months even, what is quirte normal, by the way

Your site is doing well as a new site. Don't expect any quick result. My first site got PR 3 in a few month but then fell into the sandbox for almost 3 months.

Usually it takes around 6 - 12 months to see your results, if you are doing SEO continuously.
