Google do give searchers a lot of options on how to use their search engine technology. Quite informative. I've been looking for this, but I could not find the time to search for it myself. Well, it's a good thing that I had came into this post. Thanks..

You might be thinking that google is just to search websites only but it is far more than you think. You can use Google for a lots of things and you can broaden your search in many ways.

1) Exact Search
This command searches exactly as you search. The terms you search will be together in the pages Google searches.

2) Exclude Search
This command searches the pages that you want but also excludes the term you don't want to have in pages.

Cool Area Code Lookup
Example: 612

9) Numeric Ranges
This command hhelps you to search for the pages within the date you provide while searching
Example: US President 1950..1990

10) Stock
This command searches for NASDAQ stock listing
Example: GOOG

11) Definition
This command shows the definition of the word or keyphrase you provide
Example: define: cheat

12) Calculator
This command helps you to use google as calculator
Example: 12+59*85-85/74

13)Converter
This command helps you to convert all Mathematical calculation into other you want to.
Example: 12F in C
Note: You can use it for all Mathematical calculation like Kg, LBS, currency rates, USD, GBP, F (Fahrenheit), C (celsius) etc

14) Cached Page
This command shows what the specific website had when Google Bot crawled it
Example: cache:therockmission.com

15) Related Page
This command shows related pages to the website you supplied
Example: related:therockmission.com

16) Information
This command shows the info related to the website you supplied
Example: info:therockmission.com

17)Linked sites
This command shows which websites are linked to the website you supplied
Example: link:therockmission.com
