Generally speaking, the harder the link is to obtain the more it is going to be worth, especially in the long term.
You best strategy is to produce fresh groundbreaking content on your site that can be used as link bait for authority sites.

Yes these methods are good to generate the backlinks for site which increase the rank in SERP.

In theory that's great, but not all websites or industries lend themselves to organically growing a ton of inbound links.

Yes this is the right way in optimizing a site, so I suggest that doing some exchange link can be a big factor in gaining a better result for page rank.
