First page for only one day

Hi all,
On Dec 19 2006 my site
www.es-translations.com was finally on the first
page of Google for the keyword "spanish biomedical translation" but
it ONLY lasted one day. I'm still number 3 in Yahoo, but I do not
show up in Google at all. Any suggestions on how to get back to Dec 19,
2006?

Keep building up backlinks and you should be back up there soon enough.

If you changed anything in your meta tags that could be a reason. However just keep building backlinks and add fresh content on top of what you already have related to your keywords search.

I don’t think the keyword you have specify ( “spanish biomedical translation ” ) is your keyword at all.
I have checked your meta keywords list and unable to find it.
You must have change your keyword tag, this may be the reason you are not in Google for that word.
As far as for yahoo is concern you have specific word in title of a page and same word is used for many time in that page so it is getting up in Yahoo, you know Yahoo give more importance to the words in title tag.

to get back to Dec. 19, 2006...you need to get into your delorean, set your time circuits to Dec. 19, 2006...make sure your flux capacitor is on and rev the engine up to 88 mph...
