As per my information Google will pay your pay-out after 25-30 days or monthly to their clients. I think both are good but google is very popular than Yahoo!

I'd check how much you make per click in each platform based on the industry your site is in, and make my decision based on that criteria, as both Google and Yahoo! pay on time.

I guess depends on the niche of your site.. some make a big money.. others are not..

Googe pays you every month but depents on whether you have reached the minimum payout or not. i.e $100.
Instead of that Google pays you more than yahoo or other pay per click program.
