Someone please clarify this for me.

I know many do arbitrage (buying clicks (ie traffic) and recycling that traffic for higher paying clicks.)

Google says on their Program Policies page that "third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs."

Am I getting this correct? You can do arbitrage by buying from Google and using Google's ads, but you cannot buy clicks from another site like Yahoo into your site?

It has to be a strictly "Google on both ends" deal when doing arbitrage?

What are the do's and don'ts on Google arbitrage?

you cannot use third party programs to make clicks for u but u can get traffic s much s u want from ne site

dont forget google is owning a adsense company so they know in which way they can get cheated so its better to be safe otherwise u will lose google adsense n trust its the best earning source for webmasters

Suspect that since google gets paid for clicks, that the officaial line is don't do it, they make a bunch of money off it. It's one of the strategies in the rich jerk book

Arbitrage is dead from 1st june.
