Error in adding site in google webmasters tools!

hey guys whenever i m trying to add my site in google webmaster tools for my site overview its showing me a http erroe about domain name not found but my domain is working properly its
http://smilemaker.uk.to can n e 1 say where am i lacking, you can check this tool at

you need to add a tracking code into your site for google to recognize otherwise how they know your site?

That's interesting.
I have my Google account and I tried to add your site for curiosity purpouse, and there is an error "General HTTP error: Domain name not found".
I really didn't get vietnamimpressive advise:
you need to add a tracking code into your site for google to recognize otherwise how they know your site?
What vietnamimpressive mean by the tracking code?
Please clarify.

please browse into your account and see
Manage site verification
Use this page to reverify all currently verified owners of this site.
Ensure the verification file or meta tag is still in place for your account.

or something similar and follow instruction to put onto your website then you will be able to use webmaster tool
