Hi,
I am new to this forum,
well I have a question, when I search for some keywords at google searchbox sometimes I get some extra links for some websites...
like the one over here http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=n ... =sugar+crm

when I searched for Sugar CRM, the First website is sugarcrm.com well but below to that I get extra links like
Download,
Demo,
SugarCRM etc...

how does this happen?
is there any technique involved in this?

It is some google algo which desides about those extra links. There is little that we can do to make extra links.
