My friend, Google have its own way and it own algorithm. No one can state out the exact reason for such.

So who really cares if they change their home page? There are lot of other things to worry about than looking up on their home page everyday and observe any changes...

These are the appearance issue.. The main issues are related to the the functionality of google. Can anybody tell me the google functionality..

Its PR is always 10 in my memory.

However often it changes it's home page, it will always stay as Google, the currently best search engine. Try to notice Bing, it always changes it's design everyday (though it is only on the wallpaper).
