Ajax is not so friendly with search engine indexing because it uses Javascript for much part of its code. But if Google find some alternative to be able to crawl AJAX page, it will be more beneficial for all Dynamic AJAX based websites.

This kind of innovation of crawling sites is what making Google better. No wonder when one day, Google could able to index the and translate the message of a video into contents.

At least they are now trying to crawl ajax codes just like what they did on Flash based websites. Though not being indexed fully but somehow they are already being crawled, but still branding really carry over in the rankings even though its a flash site they do rank higher on search result.

I'd still go for a clean HTML page. I think that Java is a headache!
