According to Yahoo Site Explorer you have 132 links although most or these are internal. Google doesn't dsiplay all of its links using the links command or even in Google Webmaster tools.

I tried checking it's indexed links in Google by typing link:url and I got a 34 results (0.14 seconds)

I think you have no backlinks on index page but your subpages has,..... I think that's the reason why your index page got PR2.IMO

If you think google wrongly assigned the PR to your page, try contact them and ask them to take back that PR.

Yes Yes i know but why not the other pages got Pr and they have backlinks also.

That means backlink is not the only factor for a page to gain PR, there are other attributes like the content. Be glad Google give importance and ranking for your inner page, there are also cases that the inner page has higher PR than the homepage...

The PR of your home page has been updated to 4. So it is common for an inner page to get PR 2.
Maybe your question should be why not cached from June 4 or why not been crawled by google from June 4? It's sure your site is cached. Lots of sites are facing "cache problem" when you check the cached content in google these days. Maybe it's the problem of Google.

Yes, if you add unique and fresh content in Google, it value is more rather than more backlinks. so first concentrate on your content.
