I think, you need to wait a little longer until google updates. And while doing that, improve your site contents and build a lot of backlinks. Somehow, you are on the right track.

socilbookmarking is useless, because usually links from social bookmarking sites have nofollow attribute. Search for blogs and forums, which allow do follow links in signature.

Also, submit articles to different sites, and embed your link in these articles. You could try link exchange and link directory submission.

also use another seo campaign that calls "Link Wheal"

Add your site to some free directories.

search for pages with high page rank that accept links to your website! do not use shortcuts because the "Big daddy" would get you

Commenting and blogs and forums are the best ways to build backlinks. you have to be very patient though. Increasing your page rank wont happen overnight.

i kknow link wheel and forum backlinks and i m also work on it but till yet i have not get any backlink from google

Google is slow when updating backlinks. So, keep working, and at some point you will see a change in the PR and an increase in the number of backlinks.

It takes time to increase the page rank as it not an over night work it takes time to build backlinks...So you need lot of patience...

Before, my blog got PR4 in just 1 1/2 months only by updating it every other day and getting around 5 backlinks from link partners which are related.

Page rank process in SEO business is a matter of concern. High pagerank doesn't mean high search ranking as well as directory submission don't automatically improve page rank.

There is not short way to get PR and ranking. You have to work regularly, coz your competitors never stop doing SEO and if you want to compete them, then you also have to work regularly.
