I am not getting my keywords ranked in Google, Yahoo & MSN. Can any one suggest what should i do to get good ranks on first or second of each search engines.

You can use google adwords for searching a right keywords for your site. But, make sure you will choose a right one. Then, You can also double if the keywords you choose is useful or useless by using google analytics.

ranking depend on your keyword popularity if you use normal keyword so you use normal seo activate and if you use high keyword like seo company India , Web design India , you have to use best activate in ranking
