Add backlinks to your site and wait. You'd better keep on adding links.

Put a link to your site in your signature on this forum. Forums get crawled often because there is always new content there. Google will follow the link back to your site and start the indexing process.

Initially it will take some time to get back link from google.
Try to get link from forums and blogs. every time they have fresh content so very often the get crawl.
And try to get a link on dofollow page.

They will just crawl and index your site, through quality backlinks you got from other sites. Create your webmaster account and submit xml sitemap on Google and Bing, they are big helps too.

I would advise against submitting your site through any search engine submission link. New sites tend to suffer when submitted. The best thing to do is to have your site found naturally through links. To speed up that process, exchange links early and often with related sites.

There is no any specific way for indexing the site in different search engine. The only way for indexing is do SEO and do link building for your site at list for 2 month.

Google will notice your site when crawl the links of your site in other sites.

Well usually you just got to let your links be found by social bookmarking and other link building methods. But if you are having problems with indexing (e.g. some of your inner pages have not been indexed) then that's the time you should submit your sitemap to search engines.
