Ranking toolbar can help you but cannot make your site get a higher rank page. You get a higher rank page, because you have a time to optimize your site very well.

Google tool bar can not promote your PR. It just help you to check the PR of a URL.

Google Toolbar is not the Right Way to Increase the Page Rank in the Google.If You really Want to Increase Your Page Rank. Then You Have to more Traffic on Your Website.For the Getting the More traffic You have to Do SEO on Your Website.There are Several Techniques of the SEO Works Like Link Building, Social Bookmarking,Blog Comment Etc.

Google toolbar is for PR display mainly and use of google search box......its has no direct benefits in terms of keyword rankings......some advance function in this toolbar can track (if allowed) your surfing patterns and click throughs

its amazing how someone with nearly 1000 posts on this forum is still as dumb and clueless about seo as probably the very first day he started. increasing google ranking with a toolbar? yeah of course....works about the same as visiting google a million times a day, which makes google think you like them more and gives your site a better ranking.
