Most of the website that got high PR generate a lot of traffic. High traffic also can improve the PR. But do not try to sign to websites that promise you " Traffic " . Google consider this cheating and you may get penalized by google. The best way to improve your site PR is by hard work - create a lot of quality links. Quality links are back links from high PR web sites and the best ones are fromsites that related to your site.

Traffic is the amount of activity over a communication system during a given period of time. You are correct dude, more traffic means higher page rank.

Yes PR and traffic are not directly related.
Google gives PR by considering the quality back links.
Generally Traffic of the website is depend on the Keywords you are using.

Yes thats true. And i think that PR doesn't matter what matter is that what is the quality of your content, how many quality backlinks you have and then comes the PR.

Traffic improve RP? I don't think so. The most important thing for improving PR is valuable backlinks.
