How can you improve your PR by using google tool bar?
The only thing it can do is tell you what is your site PR. To improve the PR you need to work hard and create many good links.

Higher page rank is the basis of google. Of course google tools cannot give you a lot of information on how your site can get a higher page rank. You must work it your self.

In fact, what Google wants site owners and webmasters should do is to build their site's reputation, importance and authority to get good rankings not only in PR but is serp too.

I never know that pr increase by google tool bar..it is a browser it show your website PR..for increase PR you have to create more backlinks write blogs or artical with good quality content

You just have to do good on-page optimization and build some good qulaity backlinks. After that wait for the google crawler which updates the pr of all the sites.

You should make backlinks for your website from high quality pages. Article submission, social bookmarking and a little link exchange can help you to have a better PR.
