ok.............I heard lot of about Google page rank............I want to know that how page rank is important while ranking your page......I saw lot of website that having PR less but they are at top position in SERP............any idea

PR is scored on the number and quality of inbound and outbound links your site have. PR is one factor of the 200 plus factors used by Google to rank a website.
The content quality and on-page optimization is also important. The way you have optimized your title and meta tags and the keyword density and relevancy of your websites content are also factored by Google.
To sum it all up your Google ranking depends on page relevancy (on-page) and page importance (link quality) and PR is just a small part of it.

PR is just the ranking of Google on how important your page or site is... and it is not directly connected to SERP. And when it comes to search result ranking, Google shows the result according search query and which sites match closely, irregardless of their PR.
