Hi friends,Is page rank still an important thing regarding Google.Last PR update was in March i guess.It's almost 6 months no updates are there.So what you think guys?Is Google going to vanish PR or What?

I don't there is any importance of Page Rank. Virtually there is no importance of it. But Google will continue with PR algorithm as it plays some role in ranking also. But for me only SERP and traffic matters.

PR is still important for SERP.

Yeah page rank shows that how much Google give importance to your page in search engine.

I think Google is now going to update page rank because I heard these news from different countries. I hope this will happen soon!

As I am aware. Google has started to update pr for the website who possess pr 0 and 1..We do not have another option untill or unless they update.

Probably, Google wants webmasters to not focus entirely on PR and discouraging to make is as standard.. surely for Google rankings, PR is important in some ways...

I would say that PR is the evaluation of a site in terms of visitation, information quality, reliability, etc. ..

Have no fears, PR will still be here as long as there's no other better criteria arround, and since there is none, we'll still enjoy our page ranks

Ofcourse, page rank is very much important for any search engine. Page rank shows how much important a website in a search. Google update his all data center four times in a year with the time interval of three months.

To me, pagerank still one of ranking factor, but not a big influence.

Not anymore. PR is almost useless. Traffic and SERP are far more important.

I think pagerank is updated last month. And from my point of view google will not deprecate pagerank, It is still important.
