Not sure which ones the best, but what's wrong with doing them all. After all, getting indexed is less than half the battle.

Any of those and couple of other methods can do, but the key is how effective you build the links from well-indexed sites...

If you want Google to index your website instant then you should do proper on-page of your website, make unique contents and Less use of spam websites.
