PPP work in some cases, and may suit a novice SEO think they prove their worth and have some experience, but it certainly needs to damage it. If the customer does his research, and SEO and areas that they worked so they make an informed choice and brings all the experience that SEO can pay to the efficiency knows. A bonus system working well on top of a standard fee, but then it may need to be measurable.

PPP comes into play when you connect to your ISP (ISP)via a modem. PPP is used to perform the three functions one is Data Encapsulations, second is Link Control. And third one is Network Control.
