It was updated August, so next update time is Nov.

I've noticed some random updates on some sites so I think minor PR updates occur around. Google probably gives less priority on PR and working on their SERP algorithm and other web services...

We all know that Google generally update PR twice or thrice in an year. The two updates are already done and the next update will be in the end of the year as i am expecting. Have patience and wait for the new Google PR update.
