Search engine optimization is on going process and requires some time to rank keywords. You can not rank the keyword over one night. Be patience and concentrate on link building strategy.

When you submit your websites to google, yahoo, bing. It usually takes time for them to index your website. Takes between one week to as long as 6 weeks or more. My suggestion is for you to submit your website to google this way: First get a gmail account with google. When you have your gmail accoun.
