Whats latest in Google SEO to do list for web 2.0 websites?

I would like to know about whats latest to do list in Google SEO. What is the priority today in SEO for our websites.
I have created my various sites into Blogger and maped into my domain name.
kindly guide me more about SEO tips.

There might be few more enhancements and features of this new web technology, but if you stick with Google guidelines, you will rank.

1. Age of Domain
2. Domain Hosting
3. Your Neighbors
4. URL Structure
5. Content
6. Internal Link Structure
8. Keywords
9. Bounce Rate
10. Outbound links
11. Inbound Links

Each search engine loves fresh and unique content and quality backlinks also. So just focus on link building strategy and post some unique content on your site.

Right now google has give more weight to quality contents and backlinks that's it...
