How does Google Web master tool generate Keywords data

My site
www.submitseoarticles.com is Articles Directory I just checked in Google web master and under Keyword module
"Below are the most common keywords Google found when crawling your site. These should reflect the subject matter of your site."
the Keyword its showing are like Business,Market,games,self
whereas these are not my real keywords? so how come google is showing these are the most commonly used keywords for my web site.

Are you sure you don't have those keywords or contents on your site? Google normally don't index contents they don't crawled in a site, and those were they think your site is all about. Maybe these two moves would help your site: 1). Take advantage of it by making more contents related to those keywords or 2) Make contents on the topic or keywords you want to emphasize about your site.

Your site is new and you are doing seo for it. You have choose related and most searched keyword for your site. Now check the rank for each keyword. If keyword rank is something 250 then that keyword will not give you any visitor but if you have rank 2 then that will give you visitor.
For particular site in starting stage of seo google only crawl the site and store the record in database.
Now you got the visitor from Business,Market,games,self which are categories of your site.
Webmaster tool show only those key words from which you get visitors don't worry about it after some time when your keywords comes in the ranking then visitors of that keyword will increase and it will show you only related keywords.
