Create an account on Google Webmaster Tool for your site.. there, depending on how often you update your site, you can set the crawling rate for your site.

Depends on the content of your site. Most of the time, google will visit your site about 2 times in a month.

almost daily if you have submitted your sitemap.xml to Google Webmaster.

is it ok to submit more than 1 sitemap?
Coz the sitemap i generated from
www.xml-sitemaps.com seems to keep changing from time to time
Used to be 400 pages but now only 100++ pages
Need help/info please...

it is depend on site updates. Post the updates often on your site. It helps to make some difference from other sites on google.
