Google Page Rank Update - Has anyone seen "Latest Google PR Update"?

My website's pr is do not update for a long time

I think only minor update occurs randomly around for Google probably give less focus on updating PR to refrain most webmasters to talk about and focus their on PR instead on SERP.

if google update the PR why my website has still page rank 0 however, i am doing SEO hope i will get PR3

My sites' PR have remained the same for a couple of months now. But the ranks seemed to improve even no link building efforts were made on them. Weird but good.
