Sounds like you are too worried about it, stop looking at it for they give just an estimate, some can even alter it.

Don't rely on Alexa ranking. Try Google Analytic for the better result. Alexa ranking is not accurate.

Try to improve your ranking in the search engine so that more traffic will divert towards your website.
Alexa rank is depend on the traffic you get on website. Try to submit your site on those sites which have higher alexa so that more traffic will divert to your site.

DECREASE?. The only reasonable question would be INCREASE. Besides this Alexa is not trustworthy in terms of providing accurate traffic info from third party websites.
