As we all know both are the giants in realm of the web but in two different way. Google is the biggest SE while FB is the biggest Social Networking sites. There are more than 500 million user in FB. And more that 5 billion min. time is spent on FB per months. Simultaneously people is leaning towards facebook ads. The question is that will facebook ads beat Google adwords? Will Google let FB dominate like this? The rumor is that Google is coming up with new Social networking site 'Google me'. Share your thought on this.

I feel there is no question Google will win. I seriously believe Facebook is on the road to becoming worthless. Too big to be acquired, growth that currently exceeds revenues and not enough future growth to justify an IPO. It's a perfect storm of worthlessness...

it's obviously that a social networking site can't dominate a search engine that easily.....

In almost all aspect of ads, applications, services and many more, Google so far better than FB. FB is too young to be compared to what Google has.

There are not any type of competition between two of. because of both are different, Google is one the greatest search engine where we can found any thing. and second Face book is one of the greatest social networking site. Both are usually best and great for consumers.

let us rephrase the question what if Google and Facebook work together? search result will come based from Facebook like, or user experience satisfaction.
