What is SEO 2.0 ? wat is the use of this & how it is going to be useful to website?
is it going to impact positive impact on Keyword positions or Website traffic.

yes for people who SEO 2.0... but on people who doesn't..... maybe they will take while before they understand it...

I think SEO 2.0 is more one SEO interaction rather than traditional dropping links. Collaboration, being natural and professionally done the linking method are their practices..

I think SEO is more on more ethical and natural way of optimizing sites. Improving the existing SEO methods with much better twist of improving not only indexing and backlinks but also site reputation and branding.
