when you move to another hosting site, this has no affect or brings for page rank down, just point the domain name to the new hosting site and all should be good.

There are few cases that say their moving to another hosting company affects their ranking. Better if you study the credibility of the new hosting company you want to move, avoid those who have bad sites/neighbors being hosted there.

Hosting is sometimes very essential, there are sites being hurt when subscribe to a Class C IP (many sites hosted on the same IP) where there are other penalized sites would affect others.

what i think is it will not affect the ranking, Hosting is something really important no doubt, all it needs great concentration so be careful but don't worry about the ranking. it will be maintained too

I think there is no effect, if you move to the new server. But it needs time to be a normal again, maybe a week or two week.
