This might be due to some of your links being devalued by Google. You can check your Analytics page to see what might be the case

In times like this, all you can do it to make sure your site indexed more often by getting listed on highly indexed sites like forums..

maybe some fluctuation rankings, you need to keep continue promote your website.

Google updated just last week if my memory serves me right. If you promoted your website through link building well enough to deserve the first page, then probably it's just a flunctuation in the rankings. It's totally normal especially if you change elements in your page (doing on page most probably).

You have to check how may times Google Bot comes to your site..??? As many visits your page rank will automatically updated.

Google needs 40 cache links in a week for maintain a website value so work on this.

You should have to check your back link. May be some how deleted you back link or may be remove. I want to know have you done some technique of black hat because it is also a reason to down your ranking in google.

Sometimes the methods you used are the factors why you lose your rankings in Google. Or maybe the quality of the links are low.
