1)Domain type:-Google gives more priority that uses these domains like .net,.org,.mil,.info than using .com domain type.
2)External links:-The number of sites linking to your sites is the most important factor of pageranking.Try to go for quality of links not quantity of links.
3)Frequency of posting:-Google loves new and fresh quality content.So, always keep in mind that the post must be attractive,effective and meaningful.Then,you will get more links otherwise not.
4)Content is king:-Without quality content no link building will help you to get in good search engine ranking.Having quality original content can get you a lot of traffic.
5)Bounce rate:-Bounce rate also affects your search engine ranking.you can check your bounce rate in Google Analytics and take appropriate measures to tackle them.
6)Broken links:-You must aware that your site doesnot have broken links.To do this,you can use "Broken link Checker" plugin.
7)Pageload time:-You must know that your site's loading time should be very low.

I do not agree with you at all. Because there is no relation between content and page rank. For example. Facebook.com and Google.com these two site are PR 10 website. There is no content on home page. They do not update their sites frequently still the PR is 10. Only backlinks matters.

Though some of them got points, what is your source of this information? It just lack of supportive information to justify, like that Bounce Rate..

Content is one of the important factor in SERP. Search Engines loves unique content and tends to rank those pages higher. Content also tells the search engines what that page is about and which keywords are stuffed in it. All they want is a quality and unique content with intelligently stuffed keywords in it.

yes obviously backlink gives higher page rank but guys nobody can compare google and facbook with their site because google is a database google work retrieve content and facebook already updated all times and famous in all over world much traffic also give you page rank
