Does link from PR0 page help to increase link popularity?

My question is similar with Roksolana's, i have 3 other sites that i'm not intrested in, they all have PR 0, if i'll make a sitemap (of my basic site) on those sites or if i post there like 20 backlinks to my site i'll get some modifications on my PR?

No it won't help at all. You need to get links from quality sites and pages that have PR.

I disagree. Keep in mind that all sites start at PR0. A PR0 site can become a PR5 site and you would like that link to be there.

ofcourse, as long as they are not penalized, are being indexed by search engines and high related to your site!

I decided to submit my site to PR0 categories. Really, they will grow and after year or two I will have more weight links

Link popularity at its basics has nothing to do with the PR, but the theme relevance of the link page. To illustrate, I have seen many PRO pages attracting significant amount of unique visitors for the target keywords. This scenario happens for a newer site which has ample potential. Should you build links with this type of site, you will get the benefit of its increased PR when it would increase.

Definitely PR0 pages can transfer some juice. It depends on the authority of the domain, even though the specific webpage that is linking to you has still PR0.

In my mind links from PR0 pages should have a little value increase PR.

They certainly do have. However, the directory ought be authoritative, else people would not visit them as in Dmoz or Yahoo! vs, the newbies.

PR0 still help specially if the site has a quality content and a related one.
