if you are planning for paid listing then it's just worse to get it done as now all major search engines are being concentrating on unique contents.

to be more realistic, you wont actually get listed on google indexed pages if you do not have a good link building strategy.

It is possible but if it is for traffic, it is not that reliable. You can get listed maybe high in not so competitive keyword. But on very competitive keyword that has high volume of searches, 7 days is not feasible to hold good position, it will takes time.
