Many search engines are available in on the web but most of the webmasters are using Google. I want to know that why webmasters are emphasizing on Google for doing SEO and why not other search engines? And, how they do SEO effectively only in Google and get the result?

This is good question but ans is simple that now a days most of traffic generate from google and it is growth and update are very effective. another one is google search result is more accurate than others search engine.

and give you right person like give you a perfect targeted people and also give you a local result for small business.

I think you are newbie for this field that's why you're asking this type of silly question, 70% people prefer to search in google because they're familiar with Google, and by the way google adsense is the biggest online ad network across the globe so people also can earn money online. I am sorry if I wrong but this this fact.

i think because of simplicity of google, that why some of the SEO usually used it. Aside from that, viewers use google.
