this form have 'nofollow' so why are you here?

A nofollow link is a link that is included on a webpage using standard html markup but includes an attribute to prevent passing link juice or reputation to the destination page. This type of link does not improve the link target search engine ranking.

I'd partially agree with this, nofollow would only stop the link juice pass over to the referred site which is often required for page rank and stuff.
Search engines follow users and their behaviour, so if you are getting a heavy flow of traffic from an anchor text having no-follow attribute, I'm sure it'd still pass over benefits to your website.

No follow was invented by Google. It tell search engines that the link is untrustworthy, thus your website will not get any link popularity or PageRank credit for the link. Search engines will still follow and index the page it links to, but will not give any credit for the link.

Nofollow is one type of "Backlink" which is not beneficial in terms of SEO.

There are differing viewpoints about no follow... and anyway if you only had do follow links itd look so un natural to google. That being said, this forum is for people to share their seo experiences isnt it?
