I am working in SEO field for sometimes but I really don't know what is back link and how to create ? And how can i see that how many back link of our site.

Use link:yoursite.com command on Google to see the portion of your site's back links indexed by Google. Ask Google too about the rest of info and tips you would like to know, it will surely give thousands and millions of results.

In short,we are doing link building activities to acquire backlinks.

Backlink: Those links on the pages of the others' web site that link to your site.

Google Page Rank Largely Dependent on Links so more the Backlinks you have the more is your page rank it also affected by the rank of page linked to you.

I think you have put here an anchor text.. So, Are you aware of it?
You can use the link command as stated here by the members.

you can post your website in many other site.

If you make link of the website in the other website. google crawler crawl this site and generate back links of the website so its called back links.

You're working in SEO for sometimes and also you used link in your profile signature section, but still you don't know about backlinks!!? It seems unbelievable!

Unbelievable, you are using signature with your post and still you dont how how to create back links......

link from an external page (with different domain or server) that refers to your website are know as backlinks in seo.
