Yes there is PR update....
My homepage got PR 8 from 6 and almost every has increased....

I see changes (PR4) only in some datacentres. Others show PR0 for my site. What does it mean. When can I see a final result?

i have pr2 after two month of launching my website - it is not bad.
still have many things to do on the way

well it can happen
i can also see many sites NO change in the PR update. perhaps, google is changing abit the policy of rating sites

yes one of my friends site has got a PR5 yesterday

PR Updation is still going on and the final updation is till 27th may.
so letus see what we get .
i am expection PR3
still new site but hope fully get it
