Unless you get very much good endorsement from well-known sites that are relate to yours, there is no instant way. Google is very strict with ranking manipulation.

Nothing is instant, the normal way of getting a rank including better SERP or search engine ranking page is to do back linking or what we call link juice. Pushing one keyword which is in high competition and bring it to the page 1 can make you rank in Google for sure at least PR3 to 5. But always remember back linking is not as fast as 1..2..3, you need a lot of time in doing it, sometime it may take about 6 months to 1 year.
