Hi, I Have Questions About Google Top 10

Question 1. The older the site will rank higher?
Question 2. I was in top 10 but, i have change my site tittle and now im off the top 10 list Why? would it get me back to top 10 if i change back the way it was use to be? would that list me back top 10?
Question 3. A site with a page rank 3 that got list on top 10 why? Shouldn't a page rank 4 can beat a page rank 3?

site age is also a good factor not much ground to rank hicher, it's still on quality backlinks.

i've noticed even pr0 site can make it on top 10, like lefty said, pr mostly do nothing no ranking

site age is also a good factor but not much ground to rank higher, it's still on quality backlinks.

i've noticed even pr0 site can make it on top 10, like lefty said, pr mostly do nothing no ranking

I agree. My site with PR0 before last Googe update had top SERP for some keywords. Higher than related sites with PR4! I think on-page SEO is more important for SERP than PR and even link popularity

I think if a site is well optimized and old, usually it will have a high PR. Because an older site should be easy to get quality backlinks and has more original content.

About content I think that new sites have an advantage. It is new in any case! and old sites should update their content regularly to be fresh

In my opinion PR has a very little impact on SERPS the main thing is optimization( off page as well as on page) and quality backlinks . you will come across many website with PR3 but they are beating PR6 websites in serps .So clearly its the quality of links not quantity

content quality and keyword...page rank is also a added factor of course.

Also PR is important if you are going to sell links. The higher PR of your page the more cost a single link from that page

I agree with you and the coming update of Google at last week of July.
