I cannot get my Yelp Account verified

I have no idea why but it has been quite a while now that I have registered at Yelp, I was told that the administrator would confirm it but up till now, it is still showing the same message. 
I thought I verified the link they sent me and all the processes were going great but due to some technical issues I have no idea now what's up with it...
Did anyone face this situation as well? If did please your experience and how you sorted this...
