For a fairly new site that has been around for 5 months and been indexed/spidered once by Yahoo and MSN, and you add new seo-friendly pages, how do you get Yahoo to re-spider it? There are a few links to the site, but not that many. Is there any way to speed up the process or is there anything that I can do?

The best way to get any search engine spider to visit your site often is to get links from quality related sites that are already indexed in whichever search engine you are going for.
More important is to see if sites that are placing links to your site have the page that your link is listed on indexed.
Another great way is to have a link at the bottom of each post to your site. But I see that you already have that. The more posts you have, the more links are going to your site. These forums are spidered all the time by all the search engines.
