You can send a list of URLs to Yahoo as a site map. You can get your site URLs from your database. In future you will be able to see a site map generator tool in submitexpress.com site.

Yahoo also accepts XML and ROR sitemaps if I'm not mistaken.

xml-sitemap.com can make you one for free if your site is less than 500 pages.

There are many Free Yahoo! Sitemap Generators that you can download from the net. The one from antezeta.com is good.

I think you have to Ask that how can i create Yahoo map ... not where you can get free yahoo map

I use gsite crawler which creates sitemap for both yahoo and google.
