Just wondering how I can optimize my site (www.get-secured-loans.co.uk) to get a page rank(>5) on google .

If you want to optimize your site you have to deal with your web page content, Titles and Meta tags. If you want to get a higher page rank you have to get many links from other websites which are related to your field.

To get PR>5 you need to build your link campaign. PR does not have anything to do with optimization of your site but with building more link from other websites.If they are more related websites with one link to your site you will probably very soon get PR5.

what are you going to do with pr5 or higher site?

build your site for users - gain good traffic and good serp -

Yes build link campaing, list ur site in directories, forum postings article writing and this list goes on .
