I want to get my site on first page, But I dont have a clue how to do it and all you guys seem to do it in a week to 10 days I am willing to pay someone if they can get me onto the first 5 on MSN.

Sure if you are willing to pay $500

For MSN, if you want to be on the first page, just keep exchanging links with other sites...the more links, the more popular MSN thinks you are and you will get better listings...

But honestly, you should try to get listed higher in Google as Google has more users than MSN...at least for the time being.

Why you think about MSN? Think about GOOGLE.

First of all, getting on first page for what keyword search? I mean, if you want to get on the first page for a certain keyword, i suggest that you place that keyword throughout your page in good rich content. One website might be on the first page for a certain keyword, but most likely not on the first page for another key word.

You should pick and chose your keywords that you want to try to compete for and zero in on that keyword or phrase for that page. If you want to compete for other keywords, i suggest that you compete for them with another page. That way, you will have more chance of getting to that first page. Try to get people to link to your internal pages, not just your home page. This will drive your rankings higher.

Google like backlinks even more than msn. So submit your site where only possible.

I am interested in exactly MSN SEO as well. Does such exist? What does MSN like more in our sites?
