I do optimization only for google, but it works for bing and yahoo as well.

I am also not bothered with bing. Just optimizing my websites according to Google. And my websites are automatically indexed in bing as well as yahoo.

You have shared many tips on bing. Its really good.The most important thing matters is KW in URL then relevant back links.I think bing updates their contents more quickly while it can take google a much longer time to update their backlinks.
