Hi, click the url:
http://www.bing.com/businessportal/
This is the path to create your map listing in bing. for this you would need a hotmail ID. rest of the process is same as for Google listing. You have to enter your business specification then you will receive a pin mailed to your address by them. Submit that pin and your listing would get approved.
