PR is decided by the backlinks of your website.
what you do is to get more backlinks, you can:
buy links from some high PR website;
exchange links with others;
post in the forum to get backlinks;
improve the quality of your website;
post articles to some high PR article website;
and more..

@fn1234, just keep on posting valuable information to high rankings forums just like submitexpress and you'll see the difference. rather than acquiring links from free directories.

Make sure you include at least one link to Google. They need quality traffic as well. Don't be greedy and hog it all to yourself. This can do wonders for your pages. Remember - Google may be going public soon - so the more traffic you send them the better.

To increase your PR, should need to gain more backlinks. To get backlinks, try to work on bookmarking, dorectories or article submission. It would help you to gain more backlinks.

Hi. I agree with all of the suggestion about on how to increase your page rank. And I just want to add that before going through with all of these submissions and posting, make sure that you have the right keywords for the right landing page of your site. Optimizing well you site on-page is what it makes it more fast to get a high page rank.
